Our Chef and Owners
Welcome to Bocconcini Pizza Co.!
Chef Elvin culinary career began early on, inspired by his Italian grandfather and his love and respect for quality and traditional food. After attending culinary school in Italy, Chef Elvin at the age of 20 sought opportunities to further develop his own creativity in Germany. When he returned to Italy, Elvin’s culinary repertoire flourished during an internship where he learned to make Neapolitan style pizza under a master pizzaiola. At age 25 he proceeded to Los Angeles California where he has developed and refined his culinary techniques. Keeping his grandfather’s tradition alive for quality food chef Elvin together with his best friend Tarsia, who equally had a love for pizza and a background in events and design started and created Bocconcini Pizza Co. Together they set out to create something truly special that would allow people to experience authentic Neapolitan style pizza and so much more.

Bocconcini at Akash is here to bring an exceptional outdoor food experience to Temecula Wine Country with our wood fired oven. All of our food offerings, curated by Chef Elvin, are cooked in our customized mobile wood-fired oven and are prepared the traditional Italian style, with our dough made fresh daily. As you relax, sip and savor the breathtaking estate views, you’ll feel as though you’ve been transported to the Italian countryside.
